EndogenX is a specialty pharmaceutical development company. The Company has an extensive inventory of proprietary drug candidates addressing multiple therapeutic fields and indications, with patents issued or pending. The Company's focus is to increase the value of these therapies and diagnostics in order to capture their inherent value through out-licensing to established pharmaceutical companies. The value of these therapies will be demonstrated through clinical trials conducted by EndogenX. As major pharmaceutical companies seek to augment their product pipelines and replace expiring patents, a well established and growing demand has developed for the out-license and co-development of drug candidates such as those in EndogenX's pipeline.

To gain early experience commercializing products and to generate near-term revenue, EndogenX has also developed over-the-counter medical products for immediate release that do not require extensive clinical testing as do prescription drugs.
