Products Overview

Our product pipeline addresses several major therapeutic categories, including hypertension, oncology, central nervous system therapies and diabetes. In the area of hypertension, pre-clinical results indicate that our drug candidate provides effective and long acting control of elevated blood pressure. In the area of oncology, our technology for solid tumor treatment is in Phase I U.S. clinical trials and its technology for tumor imaging and diagnostics is in Phase I India clinical trials. For the central nervous system, we are developing drugs to treat head trauma, pain management, stroke recovery & hypothermia, dementia and alzheimer's disease, epilepsy and seizure prevention, and opiate tolerance and physical dependence. Our immediate focus is on tumor imaging, diabetes, and head trauma, as well as our over-the-counter products.

Our product candidates include those developed by EndogenX, ones licensed from universities and from other drug companies. Dr. Anil Gulati, a leading scientist in the field of Endothelin research, is a co-founder of the Company and has discovered many of the product candidates. He has several inventions and patents to his credit which have been developed at EndogenX, licensed or available for license by the Company. Dr. Gulati also has close relationships with several university pharmacology research laboratories and other sources for additional drug candidates.

In the over-the-counter arena, our wound care product (Sanovaden™) addresses the chronic segment of the market, while (LaveLyte™) serves as the platform for a full line of disinfectant, sterilization and antiseptic products for home, institutional, medical, professional and industrial uses.
